Rich Yablonsky

 

Rich obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has over 30 years of sales experience and began his real estate career in 1995.

 

He obtained his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1998 and earned his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 1999.

 

After an initial focus on industrial leasing, Rich’s expertise quickly grew into the areas of office, retail, land, and triple net leased investments. He has closed hundreds of sales and leasing transactions and his successes led him to become the founder of YABLO Commercial Real Estate in 2002.

 

As the broker at YABLO Commercial Real Estate, Rich spends the bulk of his time working with landlords, tenants, and investors. He attributes much of his success to the notion that focusing on the needs of a client will yield greater results than focusing on the outcome of a deal.

 

His goals for the future are numerous. “These are interesting times. It takes a special kind of person to survive in this kind of an economic environment. Despite what many people feel is the end of the world, I remain optimistic. My best work is yet to be completed.”
